TIMING

If you place an order from Monday to Friday before 14:00, it will be processed on the same day and sent via Econt or Speedy (DPD or BGPost for Europe) to your specified delivery address, where you should receive it by the end of the next business day as per their terms. However, as each product is carefully picked and packed by hand, these time estimates may vary, especially during busy periods. Please email if you do not receive your shipment by the end of the second business day after the day you placed your order. We will help you confirm the status of your order and make sure you receive your products as soon as possible.

FEE

In Bulgaria with Econt: As of October 2021, Econt’s fee for delivery in Bulgaria to your address is 6.50 BGN. If you request a delivery to an Econt office, the fee is 5.50 BGN. If you request delivery to an Econt machine (“econtomat”), the fee is 4.50 BGN for orders up to 60 BGN and free for orders above 60 BGN.

In Bulgaria with Speedy: Our fee for delivery in Bulgaria to your address is 6 BGN, to a Speedy office is 5 BGN, for orders up to 60 BGN and free for orders above 60 BGN. If you wish, you can receive your shipment at a Speedy office by specifying it in the delivery address, and the fee is the same.

In Europe: Our fee for delivery to your address or a DPD / BGPost office or machine in Europe is Euro 10 for orders up to 60 Euro and free for orders above 60 Euro.

PACKAGING

Your Hygge Essence products are packaged in boxes made of recycled cardboard and secured with a potato starch-based packing material that biodegrades quickly in water and soil. Our products are shipped with no additional packaging. Our liquids are in minimal packaging made from 100% recycled plastic. For better customer experience, the bottle can be placed in bags made of textile, tulle, or other eco-friendly material.
